Chalets and Suite 1010 regulations
General information
- We offer accommodation for short-term stays
- You are entitled to stay on the premises of Chalets and suite 1010 if you hold a valid reservation and have paid all the charges according to the confirmed price list or offer on arrival.
- Using our services is tantamount to the acceptance of the regulations
The subject of the regulations
- The regulations set out the scope of offered services, rules of stay on the premises and liability.
- The regulations are part of the contract concluded by making a reservation and prepayment/ full payment for the stay. Making the reservation and payment is tantamount to the confirmation and acceptance of the regulations.
- The regulations are binding for all the guests.

Check-in/out time
- Check-in time starts at 16:00 hrs and check-out ends by 11:00 hrs next day.
- If you do not specify the duration of your stay, it will be assumed that your reservation is for one night.
- The hotel quiet hours are: 22:00 hrs until 6:00 hrs next day.
Reservation
- Check-in procedure requires that you present an identity document with your photo and make full payment for your stay.
- Children under 3 years are free of charge if they share a bed with their parents. Tourist beds for children are available on prior request and are subject to extra charges. The number of beds for children is limited.
- Should you cancel your reservation or make your stay shorter within check-in/out time, the payments made will not be refunded.
- If you make an earlier reservation, it can be cancelled free of charge if the cancellation is made not less than 7 days before arrival date. In case of reservations with a shorter notice, free cancellation may be possible if specified in the offer.
Chalets and suite 1010 ‘s Liability
- Chalets and suite 1010 is not liable for the loss or damage of objects left outside of the safe.
- The hotel car park is unguarded, free of charge and with surveillance cameras. Chalets and suite 1010 is not liable for any damage to your vehicle or for the objects left in the car.
Guests ‘s Liability
- You are liable for any damage of the equipment, furnishings and technical appliances that might have been caused by you or your visitors. Parents are liable for the damage caused by their children.
- You should notify the reception of any case of damage.
- You should keep your room key/ card safe. Should you lose it, you will be charged with costs.
- Any time you leave your room/ suite/ chalet you should switch off the lights and any electrical appliances as well as make sure the windows and doors are closed for security reasons.
- You must not give your key to any third parties.
- For fire safety reasons it is strictly forbidden to use electrical appliances that are not part of the chalet/ suite equipment.
- You must not take out any equipment from the area where it belongs.
- Should you and your behaviour in a significant manner infringe upon the peace, rights and goods of other guests and not observe the generally accepted norms of social life, we reserve the right to remove and evict you without any obligation of any refunds for unused services.
- You are obliged to use your accommodation for living purposes only – any parties or events are forbidden.
Payments
- Payment by Traditional Bank Transfer
We also offer the option to pay for your order via traditional bank transfer directly to our bank account.
Choosing this payment method may extend the order processing time due to the longer time required for payment to be recorded.

Payment through the PayU system is a fast and convenient method of electronic transfer that is recorded on the account within a few minutes.
How does the PayU system work?
After selecting the PayU payment method, you will be directly redirected to the payment page, where you simply choose the payment method (bank transfer/BLIK/card/Paypo) and you can immediately pay for your order by providing the necessary data required by the payment service.
Additional regulations
- Smoking is strictly forbidden on the premises. Should this ban be broken, a penalty payment in the amount of 1000 zlotys will be charged.
- Pets are allowed with the exception of the dog races regarded as aggressive according to the Order of The Minister of the Interior Affair of 28 April 2003 (State Journal of Law - Dz.U. Z 2003 r. Nr 77, poz. 687 z dnia 08.05.2003 r.) under the following conditions:
The management/ reception should be informed of the proposed stay of the animal and applicable charges are paid according to the price list.
The animals should possess a valid certification of required vaccinations. Its owner is responsible and liable for the animal and damage it might cause, and should clean up after the animal.
Within Chalets and suites 1010 dogs can be walked only leashed and muzzled.
The animal’s owner should provide dog bedding which should be placed on the floor. Should the animal cause damage to the chalets’ or other guests’ property or should there be scat left, its owner will be liable and charged with the costs of cleaning, repair and restoration.
